Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit für die Betreuung des Bereichs Urologie sowie ausgewählter Produktlinien in Biopsie und Endoskopie in der Deutschschweiz. Die Anstellung erfolgt bei Aichele Medico. Zusätzlich übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für ein spezialisiertes Portfolio unserer Schwesterfirma AG Belp.

Ihre Verantwortung

Sie entwickeln Ihr Verkaufsgebiet eigenständig und sind die fachliche Ansprechperson für Ärzte, Pflegefachpersonen, OP\-Personal und weitere medizinische Fachpersonen. Dabei verbinden Sie medizinische Beratung, klinische Produktunterstützung und aktive Geschäftsentwicklung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:

  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Kunden in der gesamten Deutschschweiz
  • Aufbau neuer Kundenbeziehungen und aktive Neukundengewinnung
  • Fachliche Beratung zu Produkten und Anwendungen in Urologie, Biopsie und Endoskopie
  • Durchführung von Produktpräsentationen, Anwenderschulungen und Teststellungen
  • Begleitung von Produkteinführungen und Anwendungen vor Ort
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Verkaufs\- und Gebietsaktivitäten
  • Teilnahme an Kongressen, Workshops und Herstellerschulungen im In\- und Ausland
  • Beobachtung von Markt\- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen sowie Identifikation neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten

Was wir suchen

Für diese Position sind verschiedene Karrierewege möglich.

Besonders interessant sind für uns:

  • Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH mit Erfahrung in der Urologie oder Gastroenterologie
  • Fachpersonen Operationstechnik mit Schwerpunkt Urologie oder Gastroenterologie
  • MPA mit Erfahrung in einer urologischen oder gastroenterologischen Praxis
  • MedTech\-Aussendienstmitarbeitende mit Bezug zur Urologie oder Endoskopie

Verkaufserfahrung ist von Vorteil, jedoch nicht zwingend Voraussetzung. Entscheidend sind:

  • Medizinische Glaubwürdigkeit und Freude an Fachgesprächen
  • Interesse an Beratung, Verkauf und Geschäftsentwicklung
  • Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Lernbereitschaft
  • Freude am Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englisch auf Arbeitsniveau
