Sie haben Freude am Kundenkontakt und möchten Kanzleien bei der Wahl der passenden Software begleiten? Bei timeSensor betreuen Sie Interessenten vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Entscheidungsfindung und pflegen den Austausch mit bestehenden Kunden. Ihr Schwerpunkt liegt im Vorverkauf und in der persönlichen, bedarfsgerechten Beratung. Kaltakquise gehört nicht zu Ihren timeSensor AG entwickelt seit 2010 Kanzleisoftware. Für unser kleines Team in Baar suchen wir eine kommunikative Persönlichkeit, die Deutsch und Französisch fliessend beherrscht.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie beantworten Anfragen, klären erste Bedürfnisse und stimmen die nächsten Schritte mit Interessenten ab.
  • Sie vereinbaren und koordinieren Produktpräsentationen und bereiten relevante Kundeninformationen für unser Verkaufsteam vor.
  • Sie fassen nach Präsentationen und Offerten nach, klären offene Fragen und bleiben bis zur Entscheidung im Kontakt.
  • Sie erstellen Offerten in Abstimmung mit dem Verkaufsteam und verfolgen diese pflegen den Kontakt zu bestehenden Kunden, erkennen zusätzlichen Bedarf und beraten zu passenden Modulen und Erweiterungen.

Sie halten Kundeninformationen, Gesprächsnotizen und vereinbarte Schritte im CRM aktuell.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Deutsch als Muttersprache und sehr gute Französischkenntnisse.
  • Sie bringen kaufmännisches Verständnis und ausgeprägte IT\-Affinität mit und arbeiten sicher mit Computern und Software.
  • Sie kommunizieren freundlich und verbindlich, hören gut zu und haben Freude am telefonischen und persönlichen Kundenkontakt.

Sie arbeiten selbständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig und behalten offene Anfragen im Blick.
