Un \& Technical Advisor (H/F). Ici, on ne cherche pas un « simple commercial », mais un véritable créateur de solutions et de relations durables. Une personne avec un fort esprit d'équipe, capable de s'immerger sur le terrain, de comprendre les enjeux réels des clients et de coconstruire de la valeur avec eux. LA MISSION Être sur le terrain, comprendre l'écosystème des clients industriels et transformer leurs problématiques en solutions concrètes, durables et sur\-mesure. Le poste comprend environ 60 à 70 % d’activité terrain et 30 à 40 % de travail en interne. Les responsabilités clés : Fidéliser et développer un portefeuille de clients industriels existants. Détecter et convaincre de nouveaux partenaires stratégiques. Comprendre en profondeur les processus, les flux et les problématiques opérationnelles des clients. Construire des relations commerciales durables basées sur la confiance et l'écoute. Assurer un suivi de qualité : rédaction de comptes rendus de visite clairs/utiles et maintien à jour des opportunités dans le CRM. Participer activement au développement de la position de l'entreprise sur le marché. LE PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Une personne de terrain, curieuse des processus industriels et passionnée par les relations humaines. Prérequis indispensable : Expérience : Au moins 2 ans d'expérience commerciale B2B (gestion de portefeuille \+ acquisition). Culture industrielle : Une compréhension concrète du fonctionnement d'un environnement technique/industriel. Langues : Niveau professionnel en français et en allemand. Mobilité : Permis de conduire et disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers en Suisse et en Europe voisine.

Un vrai plus : Environnement : Très bonne compréhension du monde industriel. Une expérience dans des secteurs valorisant ou utilisant des métaux précieux (horlogerie, joaillerie, galvanoplastie, traitement de surface, électronique, recyclage...). CE QUI FERA LA DIFFÉRENCE Au\-delà du CV, ils recherchent une posture : Esprit d'équipe \& fiabilité : Loyauté, rigueur, autonomie et goût du travail collectif. Écoute active : Savoir écouter et comprendre avant de proposer. Vision "Client Solution" : Vouloir construire une vraie solution plutôt que simplement vendre un service. Leur vision du poste : Chez eux, le commercial ne travaille pas en silo. Il fait partie d'un écosystème collaboratif qui réunit le client, le terrain, le back\-office, la logistique, la technique et la direction.
