About Our Client ##

Notre client est une organisation de santé dont le département technique assure l'ingénierie, l'exploitation et la modernisation des systèmes techniques de ses bâtiments. Il pilote des projets architecturaux, opérationnels et liés à la durabilité dans des environnements complexes et multidisciplinaires, intégrant des technologies de pointe et des infrastructures performantes.

Job Description ##

  • Réaliser les études préliminaires et détaillées des projets (phases SIA 21 à 33) pour les installations sanitaires et les réseaux de gaz médicaux au sein d'infrastructures de santé.
  • Élaborer les documents techniques, plans, plannings et budgets à l'aide d'outils CAO/BIM, dans le cadre des processus de validation et de mise en conformité.
  • Réaliser les analyses techniques et collaborer avec les architectes, les équipes d'ingénierie internes et les responsables d'ateliers afin de concevoir des installations sûres, performantes et économiquement optimisées.
  • Piloter et suivre l'exécution technique des projets (phases SIA 41 à 53), notamment la planification, le contrôle des coûts, la coordination, les appels d'offres et la sélection des prestataires.
  • Préparer les plans d'exécution et les documents de conception détaillée en conformité avec les exigences qualité et les différentes phases des projets.
  • Superviser la mise en service des installations, les procédures de réception, le suivi des garanties et la clôture des projets en veillant au respect des délais, de la qualité, des exigences de sécurité et des normes réglementaires.
  • Appliquer les réglementations de la construction ainsi que les procédures internes propres aux infrastructures de santé.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives d'amélioration continue, notamment à l'intégration du BIM et à l'optimisation des processus.
  • Travailler dans le respect du système de management de la qualité et assurer une veille sur les évolutions techniques du domaine.

The Successful Applicant ##

  • Diplôme de technicien en technique sanitaire ou formation équivalente.
  • Minimum 3 ans d'expérience en tant que technicien sanitaire ou projeteur (une expérience en dessin technique constitue un atout).
  • Solide connaissance des normes de construction (SIA), directives et exigences applicables aux infrastructures de santé.
  • Maîtrise de Revit indispensable, connaissance d'AutoCAD et de la suite Microsoft Office constitue un atout.
  • Bonnes compétences en gestion de projet, avec la capacité à travailler de manière autonome sur des projets techniques de taille intermédiaire.
  • Excellentes capacités de coordination et de communication dans des environnements impliquant de multiples interlocuteurs.
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à proposer des améliorations techniques et des solutions favorisant l'efficacité énergétique.
  • Capacité à travailler dans un environnement soumis à des exigences qualité élevées et à contribuer aux démarches d'amélioration continue.
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais indispensable.
  • Disponibilité occasionnelle en dehors des horaires habituels, notamment pour des interventions nécessitant des coupures de réseaux.
