Arbeitsort: Bern / Pensum: 80-100 % Aufgaben: Du analysierst, modellierst und optimierst SAP-gestützte Geschäftsprozesse gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, IT und externen Partnern, erhebst und priorisierst Anforderungen für SAP-Lösungen und übersetzt sie in umsetzbare Fach- und IT-Konzepte. Du übernimmst die System- bzw. Modulverantwortung für definierte SAP-Applikationen inklusive Betrieb, Support, Fehleranalyse und Weiterentwicklung, koordinierst SAP-Changes, Releases, Tests und Abnahmen und arbeitest in SAP-, Digitalisierungs- und Transformationsprojekten mit. Du sorgst für den Wissenstransfer zwischen Fachbereichen, IT und Dienstleistern, moderierst Workshops, unterstützt Key User bei Tests, Schulungen und der Einführung neuer Funktionen und erstellst SAP-Dokumentationen, Prozessbeschreibungen und Betriebskonzepte. Profil: Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie ausgewiesene Erfahrung als Business Analyst, SAP Consultant oder SAP Application Manager. Du verfügst über fundierte SAP-Kenntnisse, idealerweise in Modulen, Customizing oder Prozessen, und verstehst SAP-Prozesse, Schnittstellen, Berechtigungen, Testmanagement und Betrieb. Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert, kommunizierst stark und sprichst sehr gut Deutsch. Erfahrung im Gesundheitswesen oder in komplexen Organisationen ist ein Plus. Geboten werden: Eine vielseitige Rolle zwischen Business Analyse, SAP-Applikationsverantwortung und Prozessentwicklung in einer ICT-Direktion mit Start per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.
