Über uns Die DATA UNIT AG ist SAP Competence Center mit rund 50 Mitarbeitenden in Sursee und Baden. Wir begleiten Schweizer KMU partnerschaftlich auf dem Weg in die Cloud, von der ersten Prozessanalyse bis zum Go-live und darüber hinaus. Für unser wachsendes SAP Cloud ERP Team suchen wir dich als Consultant mit Herz für Finance.Das erwartet dich  Du begleitest unsere Kunden bei der Einführung von SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition im Bereich Finance und Controlling, national wie international  Du leitest Fit-to-Standard Workshops , analysierst Geschäftsanforderungen und übersetzt sie in Fach- und Systemkonzepte  Du konfigurierst nach SAP Best Practices und Clean Core Prinzipien und implementierst Lösungen wie Central Invoice Management oder Advanced Financial Closing  Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Teilprojekte, vom Konzept über die Tests bis zur Inbetriebnahme  Du entwickelst die Finance-Prozesse unserer Kunden weiter und bringst Digitalisierungsideen aktiv ein  Bei Bedarf unterstützt du unser Sales Team in Presales-Terminen und Demos  Das bringst du mit  Erste Projekterfahrung in der FI/CO Implementierung von SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, eine SAP Zertifizierung ist ein Plus   Vertrautheit mit SAP Activate und standardisierten Cloud Implementierungsmodellen   Fundiertes Verständnis von Rechnungswesen und Controlling, idealerweise mit Kenntnissen der Schweizer Besonderheiten (z. B. MWST, Swiss GAAP FER)   Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaft, Finance oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, alternativ eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung oder Berufserfahrung  Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch (mindestens C1) in Wort und Schrift, denn du moderierst Workshops und erstellst Konzepte direkt mit unseren Kunden  Gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) für internationale Projekte  Freude an klarer Kommunikation und am Moderieren von Workshops  Eine selbstständige, analytische und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise  Bereitschaft für Kundeneinsätze vor Ort, phasenweise je nach Projekt, im Durchschnitt ca. 10%  Wohnsitz in der Schweiz oder gültige Arbeitsbewilligung  Das bieten wir dir  Ein Pensum von 80-100% bei einem etablierten Arbeitgeber  Spannende Projekte mit modernster SAP Cloud ERP Technologie  Flexible Arbeitszeiten (Gleitzeit) und einen hohen Homeoffice-Anteil  Gezielte Weiterbildung und SAP Zertifizierungen  Flache Hierarchien, kurze Entscheidungswege und ein kollegiales Team  Halbtax-Abo, eine überdurchschnittliche Pensionskasse und Fitnessvergünstigungen
