  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Steuerung, Überwachung und Optimierung unserer chemischen Produktionsanlagen im Bereich Rohmasse
  • Herstellung und Verarbeitung von sensiblen Chemikalien
  • Führen der Produktion als Schichtverantwortlicher (m/w/d)
  • Mitgestaltung und Dokumentation von neuen Arbeitsanweisungen und Produktionsabläufen
  • Mitarbeit bei Unterhalts- und Wartungsarbeiten
  • Schnelles Erkennen und Beheben von Anlagenstörungen in Zusammenarbeit mit der Instandhaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang und strikte Einhaltung von Sicherheits- bzw. Arbeitsvorschriften
  • Unterstützung des Gruppenleiters (m/w/d) bei den Tagesgeschäften (organisatorisch und fachlich)
  • Übernahme von Führungsaufgaben für ein zugeteiltes Team von 8-10 Mitarbeiter (m/w/d)

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre im Bereich Lebensmittel / Chemie / Technik oder Berufsabschluss und fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Produktion
  • Erfahrung mit Führen von Schichtteams
  • Flair für Produktionsabläufe sowie ein gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Zuverlässige, selbständige und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eine hohe Lernbereitschaft für die komplexen Anlagen
  • Gute Office-Kenntnisse und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-System, sowie regelmässigen Einsätzen am Wochenende
