talsee entwickelt und produziert seit 1896 hochwertige Badeinrichtungen. In unserer Schweizer Industrie\-Manufaktur verbinden wir Handwerkskunst mit moderner Fertigungstechnologie und realisieren individuelle Lösungen für anspruchsvolle Projekte.

Für unseren modern eingerichteten Produktionsbetrieb in Hochdorf suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit aus der Region mit einer guten Auffassungsgabe als

/in EFZ (80\-100%)

Deine Aufgaben – vielseitig, präzise und anspruchsvoll

  • Du übernimmst die selbständige Vor\- und Endmontage unserer individuellen Badmöbel nach CAD\-Plänen und Auftragsbeschrieben. Dabei baust du hochwertige Waschtisch\- und Spiegelschrankanlagen fachgerecht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail zusammen.
  • Du bringst dich bei abwechslungsreichen Spezialaufgaben rund um LED\-Technik, Corian® und Lasertechnik ein. Gelegentliche Maschinen\- oder Montageeinsätze sorgen für zusätzliche Abwechslung.
  • Du denkst mit, bringst eigene Ideen ein und hilfst aktiv mit, unsere Prozesse und die Produktqualität laufend zu verbessern.

Was du mitbringst

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als /in EFZ oder EBA sowie mehrjährige Erfahrung im Möbelbau.
  • Freude an präziser Handwerksarbeit und an der Fertigung hochwertiger, individueller Möbel.
  • Eine rasche Auffassungsgabe und die Fähigkeit, technische Pläne sicher umzusetzen.
  • Eine selbständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und die Bereitschaft, Neues zu lernen und auszuprobieren.
