**Ihr Hintergrund**

* Sie verfügen über ein Lehrdiplom der Primarstufe. * Idealerweise haben Sie eine Schulleitungsausbildung oder ein CAS Schulleitung abgeschlossen oder sind bereit, diese zu absolvieren. * Sie bringen Führungserfahrung und ein gutes Verständnis für die Anforderungen einer Primarschule mit. * Sie kommunizieren klar, wertschätzend und verbindlich. * Sie haben Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Menschen und an der Gestaltung von Entwicklungsprozessen. * Organisationsgeschick, Entscheidungsfreude und Verantwortungsbewusstsein zeichnen Sie aus. * Sie haben eine lösungsorientierte und integrative Haltung sowie Interesse an einer zeitgemässen und zukunftsorientierten Schule. * Sie verstehen sich als Führungspersönlichkeit, die zuhört, Orientierung gibt, Verantwortung übernimmt und Menschen für gemeinsame Ziele gewinnen kann.
