Die Schulsozialarbeit Nebikon gestaltet ein vielfältiges und unterstützendes Beratungsangebot für die Primar- und Sekundarstufe in Nebikon. Werde Teil unseres engagierten Teams und begleite ab dem 01.02.2027 die Schüler\*innen der Primar- und Sekundarstufe in Nebikon mit Herz, Tatkraft und Freude! Wir suchen 80% - sind aber offen für 2 Personen à je rund 40%.

Deine Aufgaben: ###

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Kinder, Jugendliche, Erziehungsberechtigte und Lehrpersonen bei psychosozialen Fragestellungen und herausfordernden Lebenssituationen.
  • Mit deinem Einfühlungsvermögen und Know-how stärkst du Kinder und Jugendliche dabei, ihre persönlichen Schwierigkeiten zu meistern und ihre Kompetenzen auszubauen.
  • Durch dein Engagement und präventive Angebote förderst du eine positive und unterstützende Schulkultur.
  • Ob Einzelpersonen, Gruppen oder ganze Klassen - du arbeitest lösungsorientiert an vielfältigen Themen.
  • Du koordinierst und vernetzt dich professionell mit Fachstellen, um umfassende Unterstützungsangebote bereitzustellen.
  • Als festes Mitglied des Fachteams sozio-emotionales Lernen (seL) arbeitest du eng mit den Schulsozialpädagoginnen zusammen. Das Fachteam wird von der Koordinationsperson Verhalten geleitet und entwickelt gemeinsam die schulischen Unterstützungsangebote im Bereich sozio-emotionales Lernen weiter.

Du bringst mit: ###

  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien.
  • Eine systemisch-lösungsorientierte Haltung, die dich flexibel und ressourcenorientiert handeln lässt.
  • Ausgeprägte Belastbarkeit, Eigenverantwortung und ein gutes Selbstmanagement.
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, gepaart mit der Fähigkeit zum eigenständigen und strukturierten Arbeiten.
  • Eine offene, wohlwollende Grundhaltung.
  • Methodenkompetenz in Beratung und Projektarbeit sowie ein Organisationstalent mit interdisziplinärem Denken.
