Sie übernehmen die schweisstechnische Aufsicht und Qualitätssicherung in der Fertigung von Schienenfahrzeugen und unterstützen Lieferanten sowie interne Produktion im Bereich Schweisstechnik.

## Aufgaben - Unterstützende Schweissaufsicht gemäss EN 15085-2 und ISO 3834-2 - Sicherstellung der schweisstechnischen Qualität bei Stahllieferanten und interner Aluminiumfertigung - Erstellung und Pflege von Planungsunterlagen, Arbeits- und Prüfanweisungen - Unterstützung der Ausbildung von Schweissern und ZfP-Personal - Prüfung von Vertrags- und Fertigungsunterlagen auf Herstellbarkeit und Normkonformität - Schweisstechnische Bewertung von Konstruktionen und Freigabe von Zeichnungen - Durchführung von Audits und First Article Inspections bei Lieferanten

## Profil - Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/Uni) in Maschinenbau, Werkstofftechnik oder vergleichbar - Qualifikation als Schweissfachingenieur/in (IWE/EWE) zwingend - Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in ähnlicher Funktion, idealerweise Schienenfahrzeugbau oder Stahlbau - Fundierte Kenntnisse der Schweisstechnik, Erfahrung mit Aluminium von Vorteil - Analytisches Denken und strukturierte Arbeitsweise - Deutsch und Englisch - Reisebereitschaft ca. 30%
