Tasks ##

  • Coordinate and manage program activities with leadership support.
  • Plan and document meetings, commissions, and events efficiently.
  • Enhance digital filing and administrative processes effectively.

Skills ##

  • Completed education in administrative or organizational fields, preferably in Illustration.
  • Experience in administration or higher education settings is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills in German and English are essential.

Your Tasks

  • Organisation, coordination and administration of the degree programme in close cooperation with the programme management
  • Planning, preparation and follow-up of meetings, commissions and events including minute-taking and documentation
  • Maintenance and further development of the digital filing system as well as administrative processes in the degree programme
  • Participation in internal and external communication, optionally social media
  • Administrative support for teaching, degree programme and curriculum projects
  • Point of contact for students, lecturers and administrative offices in everyday university life

Your Profile

  • Completed training or studies in the administrative, organisational or design field, ideally at a university, preferably in the field of illustration
  • Initial experience in administration, organisation or university environment is an advantage
  • Preferably 1-2 years of professional experience after studies; an own artistic-design practice is desired
  • Interest in illustration, design and art
  • Structured, efficient and independent way of working
  • Confident handling of common office applications (Microsoft Office)
  • Communicative skills and knowledge of German and English
  • Enjoy working with students, lecturers and administrative offices
  • Flexibility in working hours
