Notre client, une entreprise pharmaceutique basée à Bâle, a besoin de renfort. Pour un emploi temporaire du 01.11.2026 au 30.04.2028 (contrat de 18 mois), nous recherchons un professionnel expérimenté pour soutenir les opérations de transfert technique.

Vos principales responsabilités ###

  • Développer, évaluer et mettre en œuvre des méthodes et protocoles NGS innovants, en mettant l-accent sur le séquençage ARN unicellulaire et les applications multimodales spatiales ou multi-omiques pour améliorer les capacités de la plateforme et fournir des aperçus complets des mécanismes de la maladie et des cibles thérapeutiques
  • Réaliser de manière autonome des expériences, analyser les données et produire des rapports de haute qualité.
  • Appliquer une rigueur scientifique pour garantir la génération de données conformes aux principes FAIR.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de laboratoire humide et de bioinformatique pour interpréter des ensembles de données de séquençage complexes et fournir des informations exploitables aux équipes de projet
  • Présenter les protocoles et résultats aux parties prenantes internes

Votre profil ###

  • Master en biochimie, biologie moléculaire, biotechnologie, sciences de la vie ou discipline apparentée avec 1-2 ans d-expérience en industrie, spécifiquement en génomique, hybridation in situ, imagerie et techniques spatiales
  • Expérience directe et démontrable avec des technologies moléculaires avancées, en particulier les flux de travail de séquençage de nouvelle génération (NGS)
  • Maîtrise exceptionnelle des techniques de biologie moléculaire, y compris l-extraction d-acides nucléiques, PCR/qPCR et préparation de bibliothèques NGS
  • Expérience avec des types d-échantillons cliniques difficiles (par ex., tissus FFPE, cellules tumorales primaires, échantillons à faible quantité).
  • Expérience et enthousiasme pour le développement et l-amélioration des méthodes expérimentales.
  • Capacité à mener des expériences de manière autonome, à évaluer les données et à communiquer efficacement les résultats.
  • Vous avez une capacité exceptionnelle à collaborer au sein d-équipes matricielles et transversales, permettant un travail efficace à la fois indépendant et en équipe dans un environnement divers et hétérogène
  • Maîtrise de l-anglais et de la langue locale.
