  • Als Scrum Master koordinierst und entwickelst du zwei Teams zu erfolgreichen und selbstorganisierten agilen Teams und stärkst damit die gemeinsame Lieferfähigkeit.
  • Du moderierst Scrum Events, förderst wirkungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit, machst Hindernisse sichtbar und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Verbesserung.
  • Im Agile Release Train beteiligst du dich aktiv an gemeinsamen Aktivitäten und Schwerpunktthemen und trägst zu reibungsloser Wertlieferung über Teamgrenzen hinweg bei.
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Scrum Master machst du Abhängigkeiten transparent, hilfst Impediments zu lösen und förderst die teamübergreifende Zusammenarbeit.
  • Eigenverantwortung lebst du vor und unterstützt die Teams dabei, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Entscheidungen fundiert zu treffen.
  • Mit einem klaren Blick auf Teamdynamiken begleitest du Veränderungsprozesse und unterstützt Menschen dabei, in einem komplexen Umfeld wirksam zu agieren.

  • Als Servant Leader überzeugst du mit natürlichem Flair für Menschen sowie einem ausgeprägten Interesse an Teamprozessen und Dynamiken in komplexen Situationen.
  • Mit einer offenen, zugewandten Kommunikation und kooperativem Auftreten stärkst du Vertrauen, Zusammenarbeit und Klarheit im Team und in der Organisation.
  • Eine selbstständige, pragmatische und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du treibst persönliche Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung spürbar voran.
  • Erfahrung mit skalierter Agilität nach SAFe und Coaching bringst du mit und du bist versiert im Einsatz von Jira, Miro, Microsoft Teams und Confluence.
  • Eine Zertifizierung als Scrum Master oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung ist vorhanden und eine Weiterbildung in SAFe rundet dein Profil ab.
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift und Branchenkenntnisse im Bahnkontext sind von Vorteil.
