Secrétaire communal 100% CDI (H/F/D)

Responsabilités

  • Diriger, coordonner et superviser l'ensemble de l'administration communale et de ses collaborateurs
  • Accompagner les autorités exécutives dans la préparation, le suivi et la mise en œuvre des décisions stratégiques
  • Préparer les séances du Conseil communal, participer aux séances et rédiger les procès-verbaux
  • Garantir la conformité légale des décisions, règlements, conventions et procédures administratives
  • Participer à l'élaboration du budget, au suivi financier et à la planification des investissements communaux
  • Assurer les relations avec les autorités cantonales, les partenaires institutionnels et la population
  • Organiser et superviser les votations et élections aux niveaux communal, cantonal et fédéral

Profil

  • Formation supérieure en administration publique, droit, économie ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée au sein d'une administration publique suisse
  • Très bonnes connaissances du fonctionnement des collectivités publiques, du cadre légal suisse et du tissu social et économique de la région
  • Maîtrise du français, une autre langue représente un atout
  • Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, organisationnelles et relationnelles
  • Gestion de projets transversaux, sens de l'organisation et des responsabilités
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels et des processus administratifs modernes
