B\+C Ingénieurs, bureau d’ingénieurs indépendant et pluridisciplinaire, est actif sur l’arc lémanique et en Suisse romande depuis plus de 30 ans. Dans nos différents domaines de compétences, nous intervenons dès la planification, jusqu’à la réalisation de projets d’envergure.

Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons pour notre siège de Montreux un(e) :

Secrétaire\-comptable (30 à 50 %) ===================================

Vos tâches

Vous tenez la comptabilité générale du bureau et saisissez les écritures comptables courantes. Vous traitez les factures créanciers (contrôle et saisie), gérez les paiements et suivez les encaissements. Vous réalisez le suivi des débiteurs et effectuez les rappels. Vous classez et archivez les différentes pièces comptables.

En termes de ressources humaines, vous préparez les salaires des collaborateurs et le remboursement des frais. Vous réalisez aussi les avis de mutation et annoncez les nouvelles affiliations à la LPP.

Vous établissez les décomptes TVA trimestriels et les décomptes annuels de charges sociales.

Pour la révision des comptes par la fiduciaire, vous préparez le bouclement annuel et les documents correspondants. Vous finalisez la comptabilité et procédez aux opérations de clôture spécifiques. Vous élaborez également les situations comptables intermédiaires.

Vous soutenez la direction par l’établissement de tableaux de bord et d’indicateurs de gestion. Vous participez également à l’élaboration du budget annuel.

Finalement, vous participez aux tâches administratives quotidiennes et générales.

Votre profil

  • Formation initiale en commerce ou en comptabilité (CFC ou formation équivalente)
  • Au min. 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire
  • Excellente maîtrise du logiciel WinBIZ
  • Connaissance du plan comptable général pour PME
  • Capacité d’analyse, de synthèse et de communication
  • Aisance rédactionnelle en français
  • Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (MS Office)
  • Rigueur et autonomie
  • Fiabilité et discrétion
  • Impliqué(e) et motivé(e)
