Tâches ##

  • Assurer l'administration des patients et la facturation des services.
  • Être le premier contact pour les demandes internes et gérer les données.
  • Collaborer à la comptabilité, y compris la gestion des créances et dettes.

Compétences ##

  • Formation en santé ou formation commerciale avec spécialisation.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Participation à l'administration des patients : assurer l'enregistrement des prestations et la facturation, préparation du codage, gestion des comptes débiteurs et créditeurs (y compris la gestion autonome des factures fournisseurs), gestion des tâches administratives liées à nos patients.
  • Participation à l'accueil : premier point de contact pour les demandes internes, saisie et mise à jour des données des patients, etc.

La clinique Susenberg est une clinique spécialisée en gériatrie aiguë, en réhabilitation gériatrique ainsi qu'en réhabilitation interniste-oncologique spécialisée et en soins palliatifs sur le Zürichberg. Pour que nos patientes et patients soient au centre de nos préoccupations, une organisation efficace en arrière-plan est nécessaire.
