Office de l-école obligatoire et du sport | 40 % | Thusis ##

L-Office de l-école obligatoire et du sport (OES) fait partie du Département de l-éducation, de la culture et de la protection de l-environnement du canton des Grisons. L-inspection scolaire est un service de l-OES. Elle contrôle le respect des directives cantonales et évalue les écoles obligatoires. En même temps, elle conseille et soutient les enseignants, les directions d-école et les autorités scolaires. Pour le district I Plessur-Mittelbünden, nous recherchons pour le 1er février 2027 ou selon accord un(e) secrétaire.

Votre domaine de responsabilités

  • Traitement autonome des tâches administratives et organisationnelles
  • Fourniture d-informations téléphoniques ainsi que prise de rendez-vous et coordination
  • Rédaction et traitement de la correspondance
  • Gestion et mise à jour de la base de données scolaire
  • Tâches générales de bureau et d-administration

Ce que nous attendons de vous

  • Formation commerciale achevée ou qualification équivalente
  • Excellente expression orale et écrite en allemand
  • Bonne connaissance de plusieurs langues cantonales est un avantage
  • Travail soigné, structuré et fiable
  • Maîtrise sûre de MS Office, connaissances CMI un atout
