Security Architekt Zero Trust

Aufgaben

  • Definition und Dokumentation von Zero\-Trust\-Prinzipien und Zielarchitekturen nach NIST, inkl. Explicit Verification, Least Privilege und kontinuierlicher Bewertung von Identität, Device und Kontext
  • Analyse der bestehenden Architektur und Security\-Landschaft, insbesondere IAM/PAM, AD/Entra, Netzwerksegmentierung, Endpoint Security, Cloud, APIs, Service Identities, Secrets Management sowie Logging und Monitoring
  • Entwicklung eines ganzheitlichen Zero\-Trust\-Domänenmodells für Identity, Devices, Network, Applications/Workloads und Data sowie übergreifende Bereiche wie Visibility, Automation und Governance
  • Definition und Priorisierung von technischen Capabilities, Abhängigkeiten und konkreten Zero\-Trust\-Use\-Cases sowie Erstellung umsetzbarer Roadmaps
  • Entwicklung von Referenzarchitekturen, Security Patterns und technischen Guardrails als verbindliche Leitplanken für Projekte und Plattformteams
  • Konzeption und Begleitung von MVPs und Piloten zur Validierung von Architekturansätzen, Reduktion von Risiken und Vorbereitung der skalierbaren Umsetzung

Anforderungenbreite

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Security Architekt in grossen regulierten Umgebungen
  • Erfahrung mir Security\-Architektur (IAM/PAM, Network\- /Segmentierung, Cloud Security, Application Security und Data Security)
  • Fundiertes Verständnis etablierter Zero\-Trust\-Referenzmodelle (insb. NIST) sowie deren Übersetzung in konkrete technische Architekturen und Programme
