Dein zukünftiger Einsatzbetrieb ist eine Spitex-Organisation in einer ländlich geprägten Region im Berner Oberland. Sie unterstützt Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Pflege- und Betreuungsbedürfnissen dabei, möglichst lange selbstständig in ihrem vertrauten Zuhause zu leben.

Als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 50 % verstärkst du das bestehende Team temporär und betreust Klient:innen direkt bei ihnen zu Hause. Dabei übernimmst du Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess und kannst deine fachliche Erfahrung selbstständig einsetzen.

Die unterschiedlichen Klient:innen und Pflegesituationen sorgen für einen vielseitigen Arbeitsalltag. Gleichzeitig bist du Teil eines Pflegeteams und stehst im Austausch mit weiteren beteiligten Fachpersonen.

Hier kannst du dich einbringen:

  • Übernimm die individuelle Pflege und Betreuung von Klient:innen in ihrem eigenen Zuhause
  • Plane, koordiniere und evaluiere pflegerische Massnahmen und übernimm Verantwortung im Pflegeprozess
  • Führe medizinisch-technische und therapeutische Massnahmen entsprechend deinen Kompetenzen durch
  • Dokumentiere deine Einsätze und arbeite eng mit dem Pflegeteam sowie weiteren Fachpersonen zusammen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine entsprechende SRK-Anerkennung
  • Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten und am persönlichen Kontakt mit unterschiedlichen Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und gut organisierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offenheit für unterschiedliche Pflegesituationen im ambulanten Umfeld
