Die 101 stilvoll gestalteten Zimmer, die elegante Hotelbar, die Brasserie Walhalla sowie die grosszügigen öffentlichen Bereiche schaffen ein einzigartiges Ambiente für unsere Gäste. Für Seminare, Tagungen und private Anlässe stehen zudem fünf moderne Konferenzräume für bis zu 280 Personen zur Verfügung. Gemeinsam schreiben wir die nächste Erfolgsgeschichte des Hotel Walhalla. Seminar- und Eventkoordinator/-in mit operativer Serviceverantwortung

Be a Candrian - Ihre Aufgaben: - Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, die Organisation und die Durchführung sämtlicher Seminare und Anlässe in Absprache mit der Hoteldirektion - Teilnahme an diversen Meetings in Bezug auf Seminare & Events - Einhaltung der Hygienestandards und Sauberkeit im gesamten Arbeitsbereich sowie Reinigungstätigkeiten - Mithilfe im Frühstücksservice und an der Hotelbar

Be a Candrian - Ihr Profil: - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Restaurantfachmann/-frau oder ähnlich - Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position in der Gastronomie/Hotellerie - Teamorientiert und flexibel - Hohe Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit - Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und gute MS-Office sowie Protel-Kenntnisse von Vorteil - Sehr gute Deutsch-und gute Englischkenntnisse weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
