Senior Account Manager ======================

Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Betreuung und strategische Entwicklung bestehender Kundenbeziehungen
  • Identifikation, Ansprache und Gewinnung von Neukunden im Bereich IT\-Dienstleistungen und \-Lösungen
  • Eigenständige Steuerung und Begleitung komplexer Ausschreibungen – von der Analyse bis zur Angebotsabgabe
  • Positionierung moderner IT\-Services und individueller Lösungskonzepte beim Kunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Business Development, Presales, Technik und internen Fachabteilungen zur Lösungsentwicklung
  • Verantwortung für das Erreichen definierter Margenziele
  • Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen und Vertragsverhandlungen auf Entscheider\-Ebene
  • Marktbeobachtung und aktiver Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsportfolios

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Account Management im IT\-Umfeld
  • Erfolgreicher Track Record in der Gewinnung und Entwicklung von Kunden
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Ausschreibungen, komplexen \-Cycles und Entscheidungsprozessen
  • Erfahrung im praktischen Einsatz von KI\-Tools und \-Anwendungen im eigenen Vertriebsalltag
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden\- und Lösungsorientierung, gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Kommunikationsstärke auf allen Ebenen – vom IT\-Leiter bis zum CEO
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse, ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
