Le groupe Valartis est un groupe financier international coté à la Bourse suisse SIX. Ses activités couvrent les domaines des services financiers, de la gestion de projets immobiliers et des participations.

 

Pour notre équipe basée à Genève, nous recherchons un professionnel expérimenté et analytique

 

COMPTABLE SENIOR & CONTRÔLEUR 100%

Dans ce poste, vous travaillerez au sein d-une petite équipe expérimentée et reporterez directement au Directeur financier. Vos responsabilités couvriront les domaines suivants :

  • Tenue de la comptabilité et clôture mensuelle des comptes pour des sociétés suisses et internationales, y compris les rapports IFRS
  • Déclarations fiscales (impôts directs, TVA, etc.)
  • Tâches de reporting réglementaire et de conformité pour des entités étrangères
  • Gestion comptable d-entités indépendantes
  • États financiers statutaires des sociétés du groupe
  • Contact principal pour les auditeurs externes
  • Gestion de la trésorerie
  • Diverses tâches de contrôle et d-analyse, y compris la création de rapports de gestion professionnels pour la direction et l-optimisation du cadre de contrôle
  • Participation aux tâches de gestion de bureau de base

Le candidat retenu devra posséder les connaissances et expériences suivantes :

  • Minimum de 5 ans d-expérience pratique en comptabilité, de préférence dans le secteur financier ou dans une fiduciaire en Suisse
  • Certificat professionnel en comptabilité tel que Spécialiste agréé en comptabilité et gestion financière ou Fiduciaire certifié (un diplôme universitaire ou bachelor en administration des affaires ou économie serait un avantage)
  • Bonne connaissance des exigences comptables suisses et IFRS (la compréhension de la consolidation est un plus)
  • Bonne connaissance des règles fiscales suisses
  • Compétences solides dans l-utilisation du pack MS Office (particulièrement Excel)
  • Fortes compétences analytiques caractérisées par une méthode de travail précise et factuelle
  • Personnalité motivée, consciencieuse et soucieuse de la qualité, capable de travailler sous pression et de respecter des délais serrés
  • Joueur d-équipe flexible
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et volonté d-apprendre
  • Bonne maîtrise de l-anglais et du français (l-allemand serait un atout)
