Objectif fonctionnel :

- Acquisition de mandats dans le domaine juridique

- Conseil juridique complet aux mandants nationaux et internationaux sur tous les aspects du droit des marchés financiers, notamment :

  • Émissions d-actions, d-obligations et de produits structurés
  • Transactions M&A dans le contexte des marchés financiers
  • Réglementation des marchés financiers
  • Gouvernance d-entreprise
  • Titrisation et financement d-actifs

- Rédaction et négociation de contrats complexes et d-avis juridiques

- Assistance aux mandants pour le respect des lois et réglementations nationales et internationales pertinentes telles que MiFID II, MAR et autres

- Communication avec les autorités de surveillance

- Direction et coordination des aspects juridiques des projets de marchés financiers, y compris les due diligences et la structuration de transactions complexes

- Représentation des mandants devant les tribunaux et les instances arbitrales

- Participation au développement de nouveaux produits et services

- Collaboration active au sein d-une équipe internationale

- Participation à des événements et conférences sectoriels

- Utilisation active de l-IA

Formation :

- Brevet d-avocat suisse et qualification de premier ordre

- Études complémentaires en droit des affaires ou droit des marchés financiers

Expérience professionnelle :

- 5 à 15 ans d-expérience pertinente dans un cabinet d-avocats, une société d-audit, une banque ou une gestion de patrimoine

Langues :

- Anglais impeccable et adapté au niveau

- Allemand impeccable et adapté au niveau
