Conseil et travail sur mandat ###

* Vous conseillez des entreprises ainsi que des particuliers dans les domaines du droit économique et du droit IT. Votre focus porte sur la protection des données, les licences, les contrats et le droit d-auteur. * Vous rédigez et vérifiez des contrats dans différents domaines juridiques, notamment en droit des logiciels, des contrats d-entreprise et des ventes. * Vous effectuez des vérifications juridiques et participez à la rédaction d-expertises.

Représentation et négociation ###

* Vous représentez nos clients devant les autorités et lors de négociations extrajudiciaires.

* Vous élaborez des stratégies juridiques et des tactiques de négociation pour les tribunaux et les négociations.

Direction ###

* Vous dirigez notre équipe Droit IT et êtes responsable de son développement et de son amélioration continue.

Votre profil ##

  • Vous avez obtenu un master en droit avec d-excellents résultats.
  • Vous disposez d-un brevet d-avocat suisse ou d-un brevet étranger reconnu en Suisse.
  • Vous avez plusieurs années d-expérience professionnelle en droit IT ainsi qu-en droit de la protection des données et des technologies, et vous connaissez parfaitement les processus dans un cabinet d-affaires ou un environnement comparable.
  • Vous avez un sens de l-entrepreneuriat et un intérêt pour les questions de droit économique et en particulier du droit du travail.
  • Vous faites preuve d-une grande autonomie, d-initiative personnelle et d-esprit d-équipe.
  • Vous recherchez et appréciez la collaboration avec des avocats dans un cabinet d-affaires.
