Für die Profond Anlagestiftung suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Baumanagement.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Vertreten der Eigentümerinteressen bei Neu\-, Umbau\-, Sanierungs\- und Erneuerungsprojekten.
  • Steuern der externen Bauherrenvertreter, Planungs\- und Projektteams und stellen die Erreichung von Kosten\-, Qualitäts\- und Terminzielen sicher.
  • Beurteilen von Budgets, Kostenvoranschläge, Nachträge und Schlussabrechnungen.
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Herausforderungen und Einleiten geeigneter Massnahmen.
  • Erstellen von Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Management\-Reportings für interne Gremien.
  • Budgetierung und Controlling: Mitwirken bei der Investitions\- und Budgetplanung, Überwachen der Projektbudgets sowie Sicherstellen eines aussagekräftigen Projektcontrollings und Reportings
  • Beratung des Asset Managements: Unterstützen bei bautechnischen, wirtschaftlichen und vermarktungsrelevanten Fragestellungen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus der Liegenschaften

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Architekt/\-in oder vergleichbare bautechnische Qualifikation * Fundierte Erfahrung im Baumanagement, in der Bauherrenvertretung oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion * Umfassende Kenntnisse im Kosten\- und Projektmanagement * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für technische und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge im Immobilienbereich * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Planern, Unternehmern, Behörden und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen * Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen und ein sicheres Auftreten Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; ösischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
