Notre client recherche un Business Analyst Senior pour accompagner l'évolution de solutions informatiques stratégiques dédiées à la gestion académique. Vous interviendrez de l'analyse des besoins jusqu'à l'intégration et au paramétrage des solutions, en coordination avec les équipes métiers, IT et les partenaires externes.

Notre client est une institution académique de référence basée dans le canton de Vaud, évoluant dans un environnement international et technologique. Son organisation IT accompagne la transformation numérique et l'évolution des processus métiers au service de ses différentes communautés.

Missions

  • Analyser les besoins métiers et les traduire en exigences fonctionnelles et applicatives.
  • Concevoir et rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles générales et détaillées.
  • Challenger les besoins métiers et proposer des solutions adaptées aux standards des produits.
  • Paramétrer et adapter des solutions applicatives selon les besoins identifiés.
  • Réaliser des analyses détaillées et des prototypes afin de valider les solutions envisagées.
  • Construire et maintenir une roadmap centrée sur les résultats et les priorités métiers.
  • Préparer les estimations, planifications et différents livrables projets.
  • Organiser et accompagner les phases de recette et les tests d'acceptation utilisateurs (UAT).
  • Coordonner les parties prenantes internes : utilisateurs métiers, équipes IT, architectes et responsables applicatifs.
  • Piloter les interactions avec les prestataires et partenaires externes en Suisse et à l'international.
  • Identifier les risques et dépendances et communiquer régulièrement sur l'avancement des projets.
  • Accompagner l'intégration de solutions du marché dans le système d'information existant.

Profil du candidat

  • Formation supérieure en informatique ou parcours professionnel jugé équivalent.
  • Minimum 7 à 8 ans d'expérience dans un rôle de Business Analyst ou Functional Analyst.
  • Expérience concrète et indispensable dans le paramétrage de solutions applicatives.
  • Expérience dans l'intégration de progiciels, solutions SaaS ou applications du marché.
  • Solide maîtrise de l'analyse des besoins et de la rédaction de spécifications fonctionnelles.
  • Expérience des processus de recette, tests fonctionnels et UAT.
  • Bonne expérience en gestion de projets IT, suivi de roadmap, risques et planning.
  • Capacité à challenger les besoins et à travailler avec des interlocuteurs métiers et techniques.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse, de communication et de vulgarisation.
  • Autonomie, rigueur, proactivité et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
  • Une certification Agile, gestion de projet ou HERMES constitue un avantage.
  • Français et anglais courants, niveau C1 ou équivalent.
