Ihre :

  • Sie analysieren fachliche Anforderungen und erstellen Spezifikationen für Online\- und Mobile\-Anwendungen. Zudem übernehmen Sie Teilprojektleitungsaufgaben in Digitalisierungsprojekten
  • Die Bedürfnisse unserer Kundinnen und Kunden sowie aktuelle Trends im Digital Banking (Online Banking, Mobile Banking und digital unterstützte Beratung) beobachten und bewerten Sie kontinuierlich
  • Gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen entwickeln Sie die digitalen Kanäle der LLB\-Gruppe weiter und übernehmen die Verantwortung für deren laufende Optimierung
  • Durch Coaching, Schulungen und den gezielten Know\-how\-Transfer leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Digitalisierung des Unternehmens
  • Sie wirken aktiv am Ausbau und der Weiterentwicklung unseres User\-Testing\-Programms mit

Ihre Ausbildung und Erfahrung:

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Business Analyst bevorzugt im Bereich Banking \& Finance
  • Abgeschlossener \-/Fachhochschulabschluss im Bereich Banking \& Finance, Wirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine abgeschlossene Bankenlehre
  • Technisches Verständnis für die Grundlagen der Entwicklung von Online und Mobile Anwendungen sowie für die Basistechnologien des Internets

Ihre Arbeitsweise:

  • Sie zeichnen sich durch Flexibilität und Vielseitigkeit aus und bringen die Bereitschaft mit, sowohl operative als auch strategische Aufgaben erfolgreich zu bewältigen
  • Verantwortung zu übernehmen motiviert Sie, und Sie setzen Themen mit Engagement und Umsetzungsstärke voran
  • Die Zusammenarbeit im Team schätzen Sie ebenso wie die eigenständige Bearbeitung von Aufgaben und das selbstverantwortliche Arbeiten
