Für einen Kunden aus der Bankenbranche in Zug suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit zum Aufbau und zur Weiterentwicklung einer GenAI\-Plattform auf Microsoft Azure. In einem interdisziplinären DevOps\-Team automatisierst du Infrastruktur und Releases, betreibst Plattformservices und unterstützt interne Applikationsteams bei der Integration.

Aufgaben: • Aufbau und Betrieb von Azure Cloud\-Ressourcen und Kubernetes\-Anwendungen mittels Terraform, Helm Charts und GitLab • Automatisierung von Build\-, Test\- und Release\-Prozessen für GenAI\-Anwendungen • Entwicklung technischer Konzepte unter Berücksichtigung von Sicherheits\- und regulatorischen Vorgaben • Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebs durch Monitoring, Logging, Alarmierung und Störungsbehebung • Unterstützung interner Applikationsteams beim Onboarding und bei Betriebsfragen • Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen für Autorisierung, Routing, Monitoring und Guardrails

Erfahrungen: • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als DevOps Engineer auf Senior\-Level • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Git, GitLab, Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes und Helm • Tiefgehende Azure\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere API Management, AKS, Functions, Azure OpenAI, AI Search, Document Intelligence, Azure Foundry und Storage Accounts • Erfahrung mit CI/CD sowie Monitoring und Logging, beispielsweise mit Prometheus, Grafana und Azure Monitor • GenAI\-Projekterfahrung mit RAG, Agentic AI oder LLMOps von Vorteil • Kenntnisse in Entra ID, RBAC, OAuth sowie Python und/oder Java von Vorteil • Erfahrung in der Abstimmung technischer Konzepte mit IT Security und Architektur von Vorteil • Strukturierte, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise • Deutsch C2 und Englisch C1
