Du arbeitest in einem agilen Team und bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, Automatisierung und Integration massgeschneiderter Lösungen. Dabei setzt du moderne Methoden und Werkzeuge ein und trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Systeme bei. Gemeinsam mit deinen Teamkolleg\*innen sorgst du dafür, dass die Lösungen stets auf dem neuesten Stand sind und optimal funktionieren. Durch deinen Einsatz leistest du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur digitalen Transformation und zur Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Infrastruktur.

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung, die Implementierung und den Betrieb von Anwendungen in einem agilen DevOps-Team
  • Administration und Optimierung von Kubernetes-Clustern sowie automatisierten CI/CD-Strategien
  • Entwicklung und Betrieb von Cloud Native Applications sowie Integration moderner Technologien
  • Durchführung von Ursachenanalysen und Lösungsfindungen bei Applikationsproblemen
  • Unterstützung der Weiterentwicklung und Automatisierung technischer Abläufe und Prozesse
  • Implementierung und Administration von Windows- und Linux-Servern sowie Netzwerkanbindungen
  • Zusammenarbeit in einem agilen Team
  • Nutzung der neuesten Technologien zur Förderung der digitalen Transformation

Deine Skills

  • Abschluss (Uni/ETH/FH) in Informatik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, Bereitstellung und Administration von Cloud Native Applications (Kubernetes, AWS, OpenShift)
  • Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Serverbetriebssystemen sowie Active Directory
  • Kenntnisse in Scripting und Automatisierung (z. B. PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Python)
  • Erfahrung mit Webtechnologien und APIs (JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und Sicherheit (TCP/IP, DNS)
  • Erfahrung mit modernen DevOps-Praktiken und CI/CD-Tools
  • Erfahrung in agilen Arbeitsweisen und Methoden (SAFe, Scrum)
  • Bereitschaft zu Pikettdiensten und zur Bearbeitung von Incidents und Changes
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu durchdringen
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch
