Für ein langfristiges Projekt suchen wir einen Senior DevOps / Observability Engineer mit ausgeprägtem Architekturverständnis. Ziel der ist die Ausarbeitung, Weiterentwicklung und technische Umsetzung einer produktnahen Solution Architecture für eine zentrale Observability\-Plattform.

Sie stellen sicher, dass eine skalierbare, automatisierte und regulierungskonforme Observability\-Lösung entwickelt und in eine hybride IT\-Landschaft integriert wird. Dabei arbeiten Sie an der Schnittstelle zwischen Architektur, Platform Engineering, Security, ITSM und Projektleitung.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören insbesondere:

  • Mitarbeit an der produktnahen Solution Architecture mit Fokus auf umsetzbare und automatisierbare Designs
  • Konzeption, Standardisierung und Implementierung von OpenTelemetry (OTEL), insbesondere Collector\-/Gateway\-Architekturen und Pipelines
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung der Observability\-Plattform mittels Infrastructure as Code und GitOps
  • Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Terraform\-Modulen, Konfigurations\-Templates und Helm Charts
  • Integration der Plattform in hybride On\-Prem\- und Azure\-Umgebungen
  • Berücksichtigung von Netzwerk\-, Security\-, IAM\- und regulatorischen Anforderungen
  • Design und Implementierung automatisierter Onboarding\-Prozesse, Self\-Service\-Funktionen und automatischer Provisionierung
  • Unterstützung von Pilot\-Onboardings, MVPs sowie PoC\-/PoV\-Aktivitäten
  • Entwicklung von Migrationsszenarien und Zielarchitektur\-Mappings für die Ablösung bestehender Legacy\-Lösungen
  • Integration mit ITSM\-Prozessen wie Incident/Event Management und CMDB
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Plattform\-, Applikations\-, Security\-, Risk/Compliance\- und ITSM\-Teams
  • Unterstützung bei Architektur\-Reviews und Architecture Gates
  • Coaching interner DevOps\-Teams sowie Erstellung technischer Betriebs\- und Sicherheitsdokumentation

About the customer

Unser Kunde ist ein etabliertes Schweizer Finanzinstitut mit einer hochregulierten und komplexen IT\-Landschaft. Im Rahmen eines strategischen Transformationsprogramms wird eine zentrale Observability\-Plattform für hybride On\-Prem\- und Cloud\-Umgebungen aufgebaut und weiterentwickelt.

Requirements

  • 5–7 Jahre Erfahrung als Solution Architect bzw. in einer vergleichbaren technischen Architekturrolle für Observability\-Plattformen
  • Erfahrung in regulierten Umgebungen, idealerweise Banking oder Versicherungen
  • Nachweisbare praktische Erfahrung mit mindestens einem modernen Observability Stack in Produktionsumgebungen
  • Sehr gute praktische Kenntnisse von OpenTelemetry, insbesondere Collector\-/Gateway\-Architekturen, Konfiguration, Betrieb und Skalierung
  • Erfahrung im Design und Betrieb hybrider Plattformen mit On\-Prem und Microsoft Azure
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Infrastructure as Code und GitOps
  • Erfahrung mit Kubernetes\-basierten Plattformen
  • Erfahrung mit Netzwerk\-, Security\- und IAM/RBAC\-Konzepten
  • Erfahrung mit ITSM\-Integrationen, beispielsweise Incident/Event Management und CMDB
  • Kenntnisse regulatorischer und Security\-Anforderungen im Finanzumfeld, insbesondere FINMA, BYOK und Data Residency
  • Fähigkeit, technische Architekturkonzepte in produktionsfähige und automatisierbare Lösungen zu überführen
  • Deutsch C1
  • Englisch B2

  • Erfahrung mit AKS und OpenShift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von Terraform und Helm
  • Erfahrung mit Self\-Service\-Onboarding und automatisierter Provisionierung von Observability\-Komponenten
  • Erfahrung mit Legacy\-Migrationen im Observability\-Umfeld
  • Erfahrung mit Agile / SAFe
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Jira, Confluence und Git\-basierten Entwicklungs\- und Betriebsprozessen

Compensation benefits
