Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie leiten den Stream Manufacturing & SCM bei der Einführung von Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM und verantworten die Ergebnisse, Termine und Qualität Ihres Teilprojekts
  • Sie koordinieren die internen Projektbeteiligten aus IT und Fachbereichen sowie die externen Implementierungspartner
  • Gemeinsam mit den Prozessverantwortlichen analysieren und gestalten Sie die Geschäftsprozesse in Produktion, Materialbedarfsplanung, Beschaffung, Logistik und Export
  • Sie konfigurieren D365 FSCM in Ihren Modulen selbst, spezifizieren Anforderungen für die Entwicklung und begleiten Tests, Schulungen und Go-Live
  • Nach dem Go-Live verantworten Sie die betriebliche Betreuung Ihrer Module: Sie sind Ansprechperson für die Fachbereiche, konzipieren Änderungsanträge, unterstützen die nachfolgenden Roll-outs und entwickeln die Lösung nachhaltig weiter

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben einen Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder einer ähnlichen Richtung
  • Sie bringen langjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM in den Bereichen Produktion und Supply Chain mit, inklusive der Konfiguration des Systems
  • Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse in mehreren dieser Bereiche: Produktionsplanung und -steuerung, Materialbedarfsplanung, Beschaffung, Lagerlogistik sowie Export und Zoll. Erfahrung mit Engineering-Change-Prozessen und der Integration von PLM-Systemen (z. B. Windchill) ist ein Plus
  • Sie haben bereits Erfahrung in der (Teil-)Projektleitung internationaler ERP-Projekte gesammelt und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung
  • Sie kommunizieren adressatengerecht auf allen Stufen, von der Endanwenderin oder dem Endanwender bis zur Geschäftsleitung
  • Sie sind eine zuverlässige, belastbare und teamorientierte Persönlichkeit, arbeiten selbständig und sind reisebereit
  • Sie sprechen fliessend Deutsch und Englisch
