Senior Finance Manager (m/w) ============================

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte und zuverlässige Persönlichkeit, die als Senior Finance Manager (m/w) die Geschäftsleitung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen unterstützt und zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft beiträgt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die laufende Buchhaltung sowie für Monats\-, Halbjahres\- und Jahresabschlüsse mehrerer Schweizer Gesellschaften nach OR
  • Bearbeitung der Steuerprozesse inklusive MWST\-Abrechnungen sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Lohnverarbeitung inklusive Sozialversicherungen und Quellensteuer
  • Planung, Koordination und Begleitung der externen Revision
  • Mitunterstützung bei der Erstellung des IFRS\-Abschlusses
  • Mitarbeit an der Liquiditätsplanung sowie am Management Reporting
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Durchführung der wöchentlichen Zahlläufe

Ihr Profil

  • Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbare höhere betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion sowie fundierte Abschlusssicherheit nach OR
  • Breites, generalistisches Fachwissen im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen – von der laufenden Buchhaltung bis zum Jahresabschluss
  • Erfahrung in Konzernstrukturen bzw. in der Betreuung mehrerer Gesellschaften
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Hohes Mass an Diskretion, Zuverlässigkeit und Loyalität im Umgang mit sensiblen Informationen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Buchhaltungs\- und Office\-Programmen; Erfahrung mit Infoniqa 50 Finanz und Lohn von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
