  • Erstellung und Analyse von Monats\-, Quartals\- und Jahresabschlüssen nach IFRS (Leading Ledger) sowie lokalem Recht (OR )
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Abbildung von Geschäftsvorfällen in SAP (FI/CO) sowie Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Abstimmung und Qualität von Bilanz\-, Durchlauf\- und Intercompany\-Konten
  • Analyse bestehender Accounting\-Prozesse, Erkennen von Optimierungspotenzialen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungen gemeinsam mit den relevanten Schnittstellen
  • Erstellung und Pflege einer klaren und nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation von Prozessen, Kontrollen und Accounting\-Sachverhalten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) im Bereich Record\-to\-Report (RTR)
  • Begleitung interner und externer Revisionen als kompetente Ansprechperson
  • Aktives Einbringen in Finance\-Projekte, Automatisierungs\- und Systemoptimierungsthemen sowie Unterstützung der weiteren Standardisierung der Finance\-Prozesse

WAS SIE MITBRINGEN SOLLTEN

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen (z. B. Fachausweis, FH\-Abschluss oder eine äquivalente Qualifikation)
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Praxis in der Buchführung nach IFRS (OR\-Erfahrung wünschenswert)
  • Hohe Bilanz \- und Abschlusssicherheit
  • Gute SAP R/3\-Kenntnisse (FI/CO)
  • Souveräne Beherrschung des MS\-Office\-Pakets (insbesondere Excel) sowie gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in abschlussintensiven Phasen Prioritäten zu setzen und den Überblick zu behalten
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung aus einem industriellen Umfeld mit
