  • Komplexe Immobilienfinanzierungen strukturieren und bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss begleiten
  • Kundengespräche mit vermögenden Privatpersonen und Immobiliengesellschaften persönlich führen
  • Mitarbeit bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Abläufen und Prozessen im Hypothekargeschäft
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte Ansprechpartnerin für Kundenberatende sowie Kundinnen und Kunden in anspruchsvollen Finanzierungsthemen

  • Umfangreiche Berufserfahrung im Firmenkunden\- oder Immobiliengeschäft
  • Begeisterung dafür, individuelle Finanzierungslösungen für Kundinnen und Kunden zu entwickeln
  • Hochschulabschluss oder höhere Berufsausbildung
  • Produkt\-, Prozess\- und regulatorische Kenntnisse in der Immobilienfinanzierung
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Kundenbedürfnisse aus unterschiedlichen Bereichen miteinander zu verknüpfen
  • Deutsch Muttersprache oder fliessend
  • Kenntnisse der Bankensoftware Avaloq sind von Vorteil
