Afin de renforcer notre équipe RH sur notre site de Bonfol (JU), nous recherchons un/une

Senior HR Business Partner 80% (F/H/X)

Votre mission

Partenaire stratégique du management team du site, vous portez la politique RH locale en cohérence avec la stratégie du groupe. Vous assurez une gestion RH de proximité dans un environnement industriel et conventionné tout en portant des projets à l-échelle du groupe.

Vos responsabilités

  • Conseiller les managers sur les décisions RH à impact organisationnel ou humain, en sparring partner de confiance
  • Accompagner les transformations organisationnelles et piloter la gestion des talents
  • Gérer les situations complexes (conflits, case management, procédures disciplinaires) et assurer le conseil de premier niveau en droit du travail
  • Piloter les processus annuels (révisions salariales, benchmark de rémunération)
  • Conduire le recrutement et garantir la qualité de l'intégration sur le site
  • Leader autonome des projets transversaux RH groupe, de la conception au déploiement
  • Concevoir et animer des formations pour les managers et les collaborateurs

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Au moins 5 ans d-expérience comme HR Business Partner, HR Manager ou dans une fonction similaire avec un large scope et une grande autonomie dans la prise de décision
  • Maîtrise approfondie du droit du travail suisse ; expérience d'un environnement soumis à une CCT un plus
  • Expérience confirmée dans la conduite du changement, la gestion de projets RH et capacité à développer des solutions concrètes
  • Capable de combiner vision et pragmatisme, relier les enjeux RH aux enjeux business et traduire la stratégie en solutions concrètes et applicables
  • Leadership exemplaire, savoir convaincre et oser challenger les équipes
