Senior\-Immobilienbewirtschafter 100% (m/w/d) -------------------------------------------------

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die ganzheitliche Bewirtschaftung eines anspruchsvollen Portfolios von Wohn\- und Gewerbeliegenschaften
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und kundenorientierten Bewirtschaftung
  • Hauptansprechpartner/in für Eigentümer, Mieter, Behörden und externe Partner Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Unterhaltsprojekten
  • Prüfung und Freigabe von Rechnungen Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen und Digitalisierungsvorhaben

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung von Wohn\- und Gewerbeliegenschaften
  • Weiterbildung als Immobilienbewirtschafter/in mit eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Mietrecht sowie in der kaufmännischen und technischen Bewirtschaftung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Branchensoftware (idealerweise Garaio REM)
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ausgeprägte Dienstleistungs\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
