  • Projektmanagement: Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von Kundenprojekten inklusive Budget\-, Qualitäts\- und Terminverantwortung.
  • Stakeholder\-Management: Zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden und interne Teams aus Investment Management, Accounting, Controlling und IT.
  • Systemimplementierung: Begleitung des gesamten Prozesses von der Anforderungsanalyse über Testing und Datenmigration bis zum Go\-Live.
  • Anforderungsmanagement: Analyse und Übersetzung komplexer Kundenanforderungen in technische und fachliche Lösungen.
  • Schulung und Betreuung: Durchführung von Kundenschulungen und Sicherstellung einer erfolgreichen Systemeinführung.
  • Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungsteams zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung von Funktionen, Prozessen und Systemen.

Requirements

  • Ausbildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL, Finance, Accounting, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzsektor.
  • Branchenerfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung im Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management oder Family\-Office\-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Portfolio\-Management\-Systemen.
  • Projektmanagement: Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung von IT\-Implementierungen, Migrationen und Digitalisierungsprojekten im Finanzbereich.
  • Investment\-Know\-how: Sehr gutes Verständnis von Investmentprozessen, Anlageklassen, Transaktionsabwicklung und Performance Measurement.
  • Accounting und Regulierung: Fundierte Kenntnisse in Wertschriftenbuchhaltung, Bewertungsmethoden sowie im Schweizer Finanzmarkt und dessen Regulierung.
  • Technische Kompetenz: Hohe IT\-Affinität, Erfahrung in der Systemkonfiguration und Parametrierung sowie sehr gute Excel\-Kenntnisse.
  • Persönliche Stärken: Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, schnelle Auffassungsgabe und ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität.
  • Organisation und Kommunikation: Erfahrung in der parallelen Steuerung mehrerer Kundenprojekte sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Stakeholder\-Management\-Fähigkeiten.
  • Sprachen: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Landessprachen von Vorteil.
