Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Planung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Projekte für eine vielfältige KMU-Kundschaft
  • Fachkundige Ansprechperson für Kunden und interne Anspruchsgruppen
  • Bearbeitung von 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Supportfällen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen IT-Betriebs
  • Einsatz und Weiterentwicklung je nach individuellem Stärkenprofil und Interessensschwerpunkt
  • Selbstständiges Arbeiten mit Rückhalt durch ein kollegiales, junges und engagiertes Team

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik (EFZ oder vergleichbar)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei einem IT-Dienstleister oder Systemhaus
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Windows Client/Server, Microsoft 365)
  • Basiswissen in den Bereichen Netzwerk, Kommunikation und IT-Infrastruktur
  • Dienstleistungsorientierte, selbständige und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
