Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung einer etablierten Softwareplattform mit Java
  • Konzeption und Implementierung neuer Softwarekomponenten von der Idee bis zur produktiven Integration
  • Aktive Java-Entwicklung mit hohem Coding-Anteil und direkter technischer Verantwortung
  • Mitgestaltung moderner Softwarearchitekturen sowie Entwicklung nachhaltiger Designkonzepte
  • Modernisierung bestehender Anwendungen mit Fokus auf Performance, Wartbarkeit und Skalierbarkeit
  • Sicherstellung hoher Softwarequalität durch Clean Code und bewährte Entwicklungsstandards
  • Weiterentwicklung zentraler Komponenten, Tools und Frameworks in kleinen Entwicklungsteams

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Informatiker/in EFZ Applikationsentwicklung, dipl. Informatiker/in HF oder Informatikstudium (Bachelor/Master, FH, Universität oder ETH)
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der professionellen Java-Entwicklung und mit produktiv eingesetzten Softwaresystemen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Java, objektorientierter Programmierung, Softwaredesign und der Entwicklung komplexer Anwendungen
  • Erfahrung mit Softwarearchitekturen, Design Patterns und Clean Code, idealerweise ergänzt durch ein CAS/MAS in Software Engineering oder Softwarearchitektur
  • Kenntnisse in Spring Boot und SQL, idealerweise PostgreSQL; Erfahrung mit Message Queues oder Docker/Kubernetes von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Codebasen sowie Erfahrung in Refactoring, Performanceoptimierung und Skalierung
  • Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, analytische Denkweise, hohe Eigenverantwortung und Freude an nachhaltiger Softwareentwicklung
  • Stilsichere Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
