Deine Rolle ##

  • Rechtliche Beratung zu ICT-, Technologie- und Vertragsrecht 
  • Verhandlung und Prüfung komplexer IT-, Cloud- und Dienstleistungsverträge 
  • Begleitung von Ausschreibungen, IT-Projekten und Digitalisierungsvorhaben 
  • Unterstützung und Führung von Vertragsverhandlungen mit Kunden, Partnern und Lieferanten 
  • Identifikation und Steuerung rechtlicher Risiken sowie Beratung zu Compliance-Themen 
  • Weiterentwicklung von Vertragsstandards sowie Legal-Prozessen 
  • Mitarbeit in strategischen Unternehmensinitiativen und Beratung von Stakeholdern auf Augenhöhe

Dein Profil ##

  • Juristisches Hochschulstudium (Mlaw), vorzugsweise mit Schweizer Anwaltszulassung 
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Erfahrung als Legal Counsel oder Rechtsanwält:in, vorzugsweise im internationalen Umfeld 
  • Fundierte Expertise im öffentlich-rechtlichen ICT-Recht sowie in der Verhandlung und Ausgestaltung komplexer Verträge 
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Gespür für pragmatische, risikobewusste Lösungen 
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse 
  • Überzeugende Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten sowie hohe Eigenständigkeit 
  • Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse im Personal-, Urheber- oder öffentlichen Beschaffungsrecht (Submissionsrecht) und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit zwischen Recht, Technologie und Business
