FOLGENDE AUFGABEN WARTEN AUF SIE

  • Mit fachlicher Kompetenz und unternehmerischem Denken beraten Sie Firmenkunden aus unterschiedlichen Wirtschaftsbereichen in allen Versicherungsfragen.
  • Im direkten Austausch schaffen Sie Vertrauen und bauen nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf.
  • Gemeinsam mit unserem Team aus Fachspezialistinnen, Fachspezialisten und Mandatsbetreuenden stellen Sie ein erstklassiges Dienstleistungserlebnis für die von Ihnen betreuten Kunden sicher.
  • Sie gewinnen neue Kunden, entwickeln bestehende Kundenbeziehungen gezielt weiter und begeistern durch Ihr Gespür für unternehmerische Bedürfnisse.
  • Sie bringen Ihre Ideen ein, nutzen Ihren Gestaltungsspielraum und wirken aktiv am Ausbau der Niederlassung Rorschach mit.

IHR PROFIL IST ÜBERZEUGEND

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Unternehmensgeschäft eines Versicherungsbrokers oder Versicherers
  • Versicherungsfachliche Ausbildung im Unternehmensgeschäft; weiterführende Qualifikationen sind ein Plus
  • Freude an persönlicher Beratung, Kundenentwicklung und der Gewinnung neuer Mandate
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise, Eigeninitiative und ein verbindliches Auftreten
  • Empathie, Verhandlungsgeschick und die Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Themen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Ein etabliertes Netzwerk in der regionalen Unternehmenswelt ist von Vorteil
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie Freude an einer partnerschaftlichen Zusammenarbeit im Team
