Senior Marketing \& Innovation Manager (m/w/d)

Du möchtest Marken aktiv weiterentwickeln, Innovationen vorantreiben und mit deinen Entscheidungen direkten Einfluss auf Wachstum und Profitabilität nehmen? Dann erwartet dich bei ’s eine vielseitige Führungsrolle mit hoher strategischer und operativer Wirkung.

Als Senior Marketing \& Innovation Manager übernimmst du die Gesamtverantwortung für Marketing, Innovation, Produktentwicklung und Portfoliomanagement. Du entwickelst unsere Marken strategisch weiter, steuerst Innovations\- und Entwicklungsprojekte und sorgst dafür, dass aus Ideen erfolgreiche, profitable Produkte werden.

Deine Herausforderung

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Marketing, Innovation, Produktentwicklung und Portfoliomanagement
  • Steuerung und Priorisierung aller Innovations\- und Entwicklungsprojekte von Idee bis Markteinführung
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der Marken ’s inkl. Positionierung, Portfolio\-Logik und Steuerung, Kommunikation und \-Argumentation
  • Erarbeitung und Implementierung eines strategischen Markteintrittsplans für Produkte aus dem Portfolio der internationalen Gruppe
  • Verantwortung für Marketing\- und Kundenbindungsstrategie, Kommunikationsschwerpunkte und deren kanalübergreifende Umsetzung mit Fokus auf B2B
  • Aufbau und Führung eines professionellen Produkt\- und Portfoliomanagements inkl. Lifecycle\-Logik, SKU\-Transparenz und Entscheidungsgrundlagen. Dazu enge Abstimmung mit , Finance, Operations, Supply Chain und QS zur Sicherstellung profitabler und skalierbarer Produkte Verantwortung für Co\-Branding\- und Lizenzpartnerschaften inkl. Business Cases, Vertragsmodelle und Wirtschaftlichkeit
  • Aufbau eines exzellenten Marketing Teams: Führung, Entwicklung und fachliche Steuerung der Mitarbeitenden im Bereich Marketing, Produktentwicklung, Produktmanagement und Innovation

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Hochschulabschluss oder gleichwertige Ausbildung in Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft, Innovation oder vergleichbarem Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Führungs\- und Managementerfahrung in Marketing, Produktmanagement oder Produktentwicklung
  • Ausgeprägtes strategisches Denkvermögen kombiniert mit operativer Umsetzungsstärke
  • Hohe Zahlen\-, Business\- und Wirtschaftlichkeitskompetenz
  • Erfahrung in Portfolio\-, Innovations\- und Transformationsprojekten
  • Entscheidungsstärke, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und hohe Kommunikationskompetenz
  • Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Belastbarkeit und unternehmerisches Denken
