Deine Aufgaben

Zusammen mit dem Leiter Produktmanagement / Einkauf unterstützt du bei der Bedarfsplanung und bist verantwortlich für die termingerechte Bestellung sowie Verfügbarkeit der Produkte. Die dazugehörigen Aufgaben wie Überwachung von Lieferterminen und Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie allfällige Bearbeitung von Beanstandungen runden den Arbeitsprozess ab.

Bei Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten bringst du dich, dank deiner Übersicht der aktuellen Marktsituation, gewinnbringend ein und pflegst partnerschaftliche Lieferantenbeziehungen sowie dein Netzwerk. In Absprache mit dem Leiter Einkauf erstellst du jährlich die Bewertungen der definierten Lieferanten.

Zusätzliche Themen wie Zoll, Logistik oder Unterstützung in der Produktions\- und Bedarfsplanung können je nach Erfahrung deinen Arbeitsalltag erweitern. Wir verstehen diese Funktion als Schnittstelle, weshalb eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit weiteren Fachabteilungen wie Verkauf, Marketing, Logistik, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung alltäglich ist. Die Synchronisation mit unserem externen Lager ermöglichen dir optimale Voraussetzungen den Dispositionsprozess effizient zu gestalten.

Dein optimales Profil

\- Kaufmännischer Abschluss mit ergänzender Weiterbildung im Bereich Einkauf oder Supply Chain

\- Erfahrung in der Lebensmittel Branche

\- Verhandlungssicherheit mit Lieferanten

\- Exakte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

\- Stilsichere Deutsch\- und vorzugsweise Englischkenntnisse

\- Erfahrungen mit ERP (MS Business Central/Navision) von Vorteil

\- Kundenorientiert sowie eine fachlich fundierte Kommunikationsfähigkeit

\- Analytisches Denken fällt Dir leicht
