Die Kantonalbank ist ein moderner, aufgeschlossener Arbeitgeber, bei dem Zusammenarbeit einen hohen Stellenwert hat und du als Mitarbeiter (m/w) sichtbar bist und wertgeschätzt wirst. Als Senior Payment \& Investigation Specialist (m/w) sorgst du in Glarus dafür, dass der Zahlungsverkehr reibungslos läuft, und gestaltest dessen Weiterentwicklung aktiv mit.

Aufgaben:

* Du arbeitest in Projekten und bei Systemtests mit, um neue oder verbesserte Applikationen, Automatisierungen, Digitalisierungen und Prozessoptimierungen einzuführen

* Du berätst interne und externe Stellen fachlich und übernimmst die entsprechenden Abklärungen

* Du pflegst Korrespondenz sowie telefonische Kontakte mit internen und externen Stellen, auch mit unseren externen Zahlungsverkehrsdienstleistern

* Du überwachst und bearbeitest pendente und ausgesteuerte Geschäfte

* Du bearbeitest Rückleitungen aus Betragsrückforderungen von externen Banken

Profil:

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene Banklehre oder eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit bankfachlicher Weiterbildung

* Du bringst 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung im internationalen und nationalen Zahlungsverkehr einer Bank mit

* Du hast Affinität für die IT\-Systemlandschaft im Interbank\-Zahlungsverkehr. Finnova\- und Finastra\-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement im Umfeld des Zahlungsverkehrs bei einer Bank

* Du bist eine initiative, dienstleistungsorientierte und kommunikationsaffine Persönlichkeit

* Du hast ein hohes Verantwortungs\- und Pflichtbewusstsein, organisierst dich ausgezeichnet selbst und gehst gerne die «Extrameile».

* Du drückst dich mündlich und schriftlich stilsicher in Deutsch aus (Muttersprache oder C1\) und hast gute Englischkenntnisse (B1\)

* Du hast gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, PowerPoint und Outlook

* Du kannst dir vorstellen, 4 von 5 Tagen vor Ort in Glarus zu arbeiten, bei maximal 45 Minuten Reiseweg pro Richtung
