Senior Personalberater:in Industrie Technik Logistik

Das bewirkst Du:

  • Du baust Dein eigenes Kundenportfolio in den Bereichen Industrie, Technik und Logistik auf und entwickelst dieses nachhaltig weiter
  • Du bist stv. für den Filialleiter
  • Unsere Bestandskunden betreust Du mit Engagement und
  • Du rekrutierst qualifizierte Fach\- und Führungskräfte für Temporär\- und Feststellen
  • Du nutzt moderne Recruiting\-Kanäle wie LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobportale und Dein persönliches Netzwerk für die Kandidatensuche
  • Du führst Interviews, Eignungsabklärungen und Referenzprüfungen durch
  • Du begleitest Kunden und Kandidaten während des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses
  • Du erkennst Marktpotenziale und entwickelst passende Personallösungen für Deine Kunden
  • Du arbeitest selbständig und gleichzeitig eng mit einem erfahrenen und erfolgreichen Team zusammen

Anforderungsprofil

Das bringst Du mit:

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalberatung oder Personalvermittlung, idealerweise in den Bereichen Industrie, Technik oder Logistik * Du bist eine kommunikative, kontaktstarke und abschlusssichere Persönlichkeit * Du denkst unternehmerisch und handelst lösungsorientiert * Du arbeitest selbständig, strukturiert und zielorientiert * Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * ösischkenntnisse sind ein grosses Plus * Du hast Freude daran, Menschen und Unternehmen erfolgreich zusammenzubringen Darauf kannst Du Dich freuen:
