Im Team Projektmanagement & Business Engineering des Sub-Portfolios Risk, Legal & Compliance und Gesamtleitung gestaltest du zentrale Steuerungs-, Risiko- und Compliance-Prozesse der Zürcher Kantonalbank und verbindest dabei regulatorische Anforderungen, Businessprozesse und Technologie. ServiceNow ist eine unserer strategischen Plattformen, deren Einsatz wir in den kommenden Jahren gezielt weiter ausbauen, unter anderem im Drittparteirisikomanagement, Prozessmanagement, Datenschutz und Datenqualitätsmanagement. Dafür suchen wir keine verwaltende Rolle, sondern eine Persönlichkeit, die Komplexität strukturiert, Bestehendes kritisch hinterfragt und aus unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen tragfähige Lösungen entwickelt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Übernehmen der Rolle als Product Manager und Business Engineer gemäss SAFe für ausgewählte ServiceNow-Produkte
  • Analysieren komplexer Geschäftsprozesse und Anforderungen, kritisches Hinterfragen bestehender Abläufe sowie Ableiten fachlicher Zielbilder und umsetzbarer Lösungskonzepte in Zusammenarbeit mit Business und IT-Architektur
  • Strukturieren divergierender Stakeholder-Interessen und Führen dieser zu tragfähigen Entscheidungen
  • Gestalten des Target Operating Model für ServiceNow und Weiterentwickeln von Rollen, Verantwortlichkeiten, Governance und Zusammenarbeitsmodellen
  • Beurteilen neuer Anforderungen und Use Cases hinsichtlich Business Value, Machbarkeit, Standardisierung und strategischem Fit sowie Sicherstellen einer nachhaltigen Weiterentwicklung der Plattform statt einer Sammlung von Einzellösungen

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossener Hoch- oder Fachhochschulabschluss, beispielsweise in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Banking & Finance oder Betriebswirtschaft, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als SAFe Product Manager, Business Engineer, Solution Consultant oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse von ServiceNow und dessen Plattformlogik sowie Fähigkeit, fachliche Anforderungen technologisch einzuordnen; du musst nicht selbst entwickeln, solltest aber verstehen, was technisch dahinterliegt
  • Souveränes Agieren an der Schnittstelle zwischen Business, IT und Architektur sowie Fähigkeit, unterschiedliche Perspektiven miteinander zu verbinden
  • Du hast deine Stärken im strategischen, analytischen und vernetzten Denken und bist ein wertvoller Sparringpartner für dein Team und deine Stakeholder
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
