Das kannst du bewirken

 

  • Als Product Owner:in gestaltest du die Arbeit in einem agilen Scrum-Team innerhalb des SAFe-Frameworks aktiv mit. 
  • Die Verantwortung umfasst die Produkt-Roadmaps, die Budgets und die zukünftige Ausrichtung des Backup- und Storage-Produktportfolios. 

* Strategische Transformationsinitiativen und die Weiterentwicklung der Backup-, Recovery-, Archivierungs- und Storage-Services treibst du eigenverantwortlich voran. 

* Die Data-Protection- und Storage-Plattformen entwickelst du zu automatisierten, Self-Service-fähigen Serviceangeboten weiter und stimmst dabei Produktstrategie, Engineering-Fähigkeiten und Kundenanforderungen aufeinander ab. 

* Für die Umsetzung der priorisierten Themen entlang der Roadmap gibst du den Teams die notwendigen Epics und die strategische Ausrichtung vor und stellst die nachhaltige Weiterentwicklung der Lösungen sicher. 

* Beziehungen zu Lieferanten und Produkt-Clustern steuerst du vorausschauend, vertrittst die Produktsicht über das eigene Team hinaus und koordinierst im ART PI Planning Abhängigkeiten zu Kund:innen und Stakeholdern. 

* Als fachliche Führungsperson arbeitest du eng mit dem Scrum Master zusammen, stärkst die Zusammenarbeit im hybriden Team und förderst die fachliche Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder entlang der Transformations-Roadmap. 

 

Das bringst du mit

 

* Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung als Product Owner:in, Produktmanager:in oder fachliche Führungsperson in einem anspruchsvollen Technologie- oder Infrastrukturumfeld und bringst eine entsprechende Qualifikation mit. 

* Veränderungen gestaltest du aktiv und begleitest Organisationen, hybride Teams und Kund:innen erfolgreich durch Transformations-, Migrations- und Modernisierungsvorhaben. 

* Es gelingt dir, strategische Zielbilder in klare Produktstrategien, Roadmaps und konkrete Mehrwerte für Kund:innen und das Unternehmen zu übersetzen. 

* Komplexe Interessen von Stakeholdern, Fachbereichen, Lieferanten und Delivery-Teams führst du zusammen und schaffst tragfähige Lösungen auch in anspruchsvollen Veränderungssituationen. 

* Ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für geschäftskritische Plattformen, Services sowie Sicherheits-, Compliance-, Resilienz- und Datenschutzanforderungen ermöglicht es dir, nachhaltige und zukunftsorientierte Entscheidungen zu treffen. 

* Agile Arbeitsweisen sowie die Zusammenarbeit in skalierten Organisationen sind dir vertraut, und du verstehst es, Teams auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten, wirksam zu begleiten und technologische Entwicklungen in einen klaren Geschäftsnutzen zu überführen. 

  • Persönlich überzeugst du durch unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Kommunikations- und Sozialkompetenz, analytische Stärke sowie die Fähigkeit, Menschen für Veränderungen zu gewinnen.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in einer Landessprache sowie über sehr gute Englischkenntnisse.
