Unsere Mandantin ist ein international erfolgreiches und stark wachsendes Pharmaunternehmen im Bereich der Augenheilkunde. Das Unternehmen steht für hohe medizinische Expertise, qualitativ hochwertige Produkte sowie eine klare patientenorientierte Ausrichtung. Nach erfolgreicher Etablierung in mehreren europäischen Märkten bietet sich die seltene Möglichkeit, den Marktaufbau in der Schweiz aktiv mitzugestalten. Für eine neugeschaffene Stelle suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine erfahrene, unternehmerisch denkende und verkaufsstarke Persönlichkeit. Region Mittelland und Luzern.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufbau und nachhaltige Entwicklung des Kundenstamms (Ophthalmologen, Kliniken, Fachpersonen)
  • Gewinnung neuer Kunden und Identifikation von Marktpotenzialen
  • Aufbau eines Netzwerkes von Entscheidungsträgern und Meinungsbildnern
  • Professionelle Produktpräsentation und Schulung von Fachpersonal
  • Analyse der Verkaufszahlen und Priorisierung der wichtigsten Accounts
  • Selbständige Organisation von Fortbildungen und Produktepräsentationen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Marketing und Management zur Umsetzung der Strategie

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige erfolgreiche Erfahrung im Pharma\- oder MedTech\-Aussendienst in der Schweiz
  • Fundiertes Netzwerk bei Ophthalmologen, Kliniken und relevanten Ansprechpartnern
  • Gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und hohe Eigenmotivation
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch\- oder ösischkenntnisse
  • Wohnort in der Verkaufsregion
