Responsable principal de programme ##

Genève | 14 oct. - 31 déc. 2026 | Contrat à durée déterminée

Nous recherchons un Responsable principal de programme expérimenté pour soutenir un programme international de haut niveau sur l'égalité des genres lors d'un remplacement pour congé maternité.

Responsabilités clés ###

  • Coordonner les activités de clôture du programme et des subventions
  • Gérer les relations avec les partenaires, les budgets, les échéances et les rapports
  • Soutenir les activités de gouvernance et du comité de pilotage
  • Diriger la préparation opérationnelle pour la prochaine phase du programme
  • Surveiller les risques, les jalons et la performance du programme

Votre profil ###

  • Diplôme en sciences sociales, santé publique, administration des affaires ou domaine similaire
  • Solide expérience en gestion de projet/programme
  • Expérience dans la gestion de multiples parties prenantes, budgets et livrables
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et organisation
  • Anglais courant ; le français est un atout
